If it is periodic, with period = P, then f(x) = f(x+P) for all values of x. If you look at that graph, I think you'll see that there are 2 entire waveforms present, and that it does satisfy that condition. Pick a unique spot on the first wave, and count how many units along the x-axis it takes to get to the corresponding spot on the second wave. That's your period. You have to exercise some care in the choice of your point!
