True, italians had mixed cultures from 3 major backgrounds, one being italian itself, the other being african, and the other being random. The languages included, greek, african dialects, european langugaes such as slavic, scandinavian and baltic. Historically, the italians were mixing with africans, middle easterns and other europeans, the vikings attacked italy and most likely, mixed children were conceived, making italians even more mixed with language (italian, swedish), culture (wine making, dairy farming). those were examples by the way lol
