Interference is to interrupt. So if you were talking on a walkie talkie, and your friend has another one. You two keep talking back and forth but then you hear another person talking from a walkie talkie, that is interference, because their waves are interrupting between you and your friends.

If you were throwing a foot ball with someone in back and forth like this --- then two other people came and started throwing in this direction | then the throwing patterns would be interfering with each other because it is cutting both of you off +
