jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):
f(x) = 89x - 100 is when it starts at -100
so f(x) = 89x + 25 would be when is starts at 25
then what is the difference between -100 and 25?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
-125
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so would it shift up or down i think its down
