limit definition integral problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\int\limits_{1}^{3}3^{2}dx\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

we are suppose to use the limit definition of \[\sum_{i=1}^{n}f(x_{i})*\Delta x\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have up to \[3+\frac{ 12i }{ n }+\frac{ 12i ^{2} }{ n ^{2} }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you mean\[\Large\int\limits_{1}^{3}x^2dx\]Or do you actually mean what you wrote (with the 3^2, which is just integral of the constant function 9)?
