Let me see if I understand the question.
Looking at the right side only.
By dilated if you mean expanded by a factor of 1/4 then it going to get 25% bigger
So instead of the segment TU crossing the x-axis at 1 it will cross at 1.25

I am not sure if it expands an extra 25% or shrinks to 25% of the squares original size
