The smartscore is based on may criteria :)

Teamwork:
- Fans and Fanning
- Testimonial
- number of people you've interacted with

Problem Solving
- answering questions
- Medals for answering questions
- note that medals given by higher ranked users are weighted more

Engagement
- Questions asked
- getting medals for solving your own questions helps :)
- number of days you've been on the site
