my answers are A. -13/6 B. -11 C. -8/3 D. -11/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm, I wouldnt know how to solve it (: but i used wolfram alpha and they got that x = 6. Sorry if im not much help.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its ok thanks for trying :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:) yeah of course.

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

\[-\frac{2}x+4=\frac{4}x+3\]add 2/x to both sides \[-\frac{2}x+4+\frac{2}x=\frac{4}x+3+\frac{2}x\]\[ 4=3+\frac{6}x\]subtract 3 from both sides\[1=\frac{6}x\]multiply both sides by x \[x=6\]
