OpenStudy (31356):

Take the following prism: length = 3; width = 4; height = 6 Volume of this prism = 3(4)(6) = 72 Now let's enlarge the prism by a factor of 3, so the length = 9, width = 12, and height = 18 Volume of new prism = 9(12)(18) = 1944
