When reading these kind of problems, just see which one makes sense. For instance, for a, if you're under the covers, you're already in bed, so that logically wouldn't make sense

It's redundant, as is C for the same reason. D is just a bit of a run on, and doesn't sound good… Hope this helped a bit. x
