do you know what's the Area of a Triangle?
if each triangular face is an EQUILATERAL triangle, then all sides must be "8" so |dw:1391648396388:dw| once you get the "altitude", use that to get the Area of each triangular face SUM THEM UP, to get the Pyramid's LATERAL Area
