Have you considered the 2nd Derivative? It's a little tedious. Break out your best algebra and get it done.
You have written, \(y=\dfrac{x^{3}}{x^{2}}−3\). Was this your intent? Notation matters!
Is this a calculus problem or an algebra problem concerned with Rational Functions?
my guess is this is a pre-calc question so you haven't learned derivatives yet. so use graphing calculator and/or find vertical/slant asymptotes to examine graph and determine where its concave up
