Does anybody know how to figure it out. I really need help.

Reverse the positions of 4 and b.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[So, \frac{ a }{ b }=\frac{ 4 }{ 7 }?\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{a}{4}=\frac{b}{7}\] cross multiply get \[7a = 4b\] solve for a/b \[\frac{7a}{7} = \frac{4b}{7}\]\[\frac{a}{b} = \frac{4b}{7b}\]\[\frac{a}{b}=\frac{4}{7}\]
