If I had to pick a modern “Golden Age” society it would have to be Portugal, Portugal is a modern golden age society because the foundation of their culture is built on loyalty to family, even before business. They are centered around family even extended family is included, the individual Portuguese person derives a social network from their family and assistance to their family and in turn give assistance back. Nepotism is valued because it states that you should hire people you know and trust, instead of people who you do not know and have to get used to trusting
