I'm back and forth between this one. I want to say that If the person from Sudan has the education and ability to get a job in America, then of course they should be presented the opportunity to come to America and start a new life and let go of the past.

You can recognize many sides of the issue. Perhaps four sides: benefits and problems for the children, benefits and problems for the country, including implications of making exceptions for special cases.
