One difference is that prokaryotes lack a nucleus, while eukaryotes do have a nucleus. Also, many prokaryotes are unicellular, while eukaryotes are multicellular. Try doing some research on this to figure out some more differences. :)
Prokayotes have a capsule, lack a nucleus, no membrane bound organelles, circular DNA, and use inclusion body for nutrients.
