Approximate using a calculator the two values of angle u (0°≤u<360°). Sinu= .8191

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Could you clarify your question? >_>

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It wants two angles that have the sin of .8191

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

\(\large \sin(u) = .8191\) \(\large u = \arcsin(.8191)\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So .9598???

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Is it in the right mode? >.>

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its in degrees. Should it not be??

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

^^u = 55 degrees

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

use wolfram : http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=arcsin%28.8191%29

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was actually in the wrong mode xD Thank you guys

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

You're welcome :3

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

np :) remember u need to find one more angle...

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Just add 180~

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

for tan adding 180 wil work but for sin, we can do this : sinu = sin(180-u) so, if 55 is one angle, other angle wud be 180-55
