Are the following triangles similar? Justify your answer

Two triangles are similar if: 1) the corresponding angles are similar 2) corresponding sides are all in the same proportion and it seems to be true in this case. The proportion of the corresponding sides are all 2:3 and the if you can calculate the angles, they will be similar too.
