I'm not sure what your question is. Can you be more precise?
We usually analyze a rocket by looking at the momentum of the exhaust and giving the negative of that to the rocket, but his occurs because inside the rocket the pressure toward the forward part of the rocket engine is greater than that toward the rear, where the jet is exhausting.
