Answer a lot of questions, like i had an average of 40 answers per day.
and quality answer.
chat a lot. it helps get few fans.

I've been here probably around 3 years now, I guess I'm just too much of a casual haha. Oh well, I mean 200+ fans is nothing to sneeze at, is this like something I can put on a resume?

i don't think any achievement on OS will help you much(maybe a little, but not much) in any of your placements.
