FIrst of all , you find the length and the breadth of the rectangle using the distance formula. Then, just use the normal formula for perimeter of rectangle which is 2l+2b=2(l+b), where l and b are the length and the breadth respectively.

OpenStudy (radar):

If you just sum up the four sides you got it, the width is (x1 - x2) the length is (y1 - y2). The Perimeter equation is 2w + 2l so you would get 2(x1-x2) + 2(y1-y2).
