It's the second problem.

My work.
16(1/4)^0=16
16(1/4)^1=4
16(1/4)^2=1
16(1/4)^3=0.25
16(1/4)^4=0.0625
16(1/4)^5=0.0156


16+4+1+0.25+0.0625+0.0156=21.33

So 21.33 is the sum of the series.
