I basically need to know how to use the verbs gustar, tener, ser, and estar accordingly/where needed. Thanks :)

Adult-
The adult is forty-seven years old. He/she is shy and pretty. He/she is feeling overwhelmed. He/she likes dark chocolate. He/she works as a nanny.

*I think it should a better translation of "transquilo" is calm, not quiet, just saying.
**I'm not sure if it was a typo, but "tired" is "cansado", not "casado". c;

Anyways, I want you to try your very, very best to translate this into Spanish yourself. Then I want you to post it here and I will make any corrections if needed. I am going to put you the verb conjugations of gustar, tener, ser, and estar so it could be easier.:}

Okay, so I changed it a little, to try and make it flow better, so here it is:

Hola! Me llamo Camila. Soy quince anos. Soy alto y tranquilo. Me siento cansado. Me gusta nadar mucho. El adulto es de cuarenta y siete anos. Ella es timida y bonita, pero ella se siente abrumado. A ella le gusta el chocolate negro. Y trabaja como ninera.

I can't use accents with the computer I am using, or at least haven't figured out how yet. And the adult is female, hence the "ella". If I have misspelled anything it is probably just typos, cause I usually know how to spell the verbs and everything:)

Formal v. Informal:

*Informal - If you are under eighteen, you use the informal version of "you" (tu), when you are speaking to someone younger than you. If you are over eighteen, you use the informal version of "you" when you are speaking to anyone under eighteen.

**Formal - If you are under eighteen, you use the formal version of "you" (usted), when you are speaking to anyone older than you. If you are over eighteen, you user the formal version of "you" to anyone who is also over eighteen.

THE CONFUSION
(between ser and estar)

Ser is used when you are explaining someone's characteristics. For example, "Yo soy serio" = "I am serious." It is also used to show where you are from, for example, "Yo soy de EE.UU." - "I am from U.S.A."

ESTAR is used when you are explaining how someone is feeling. For example, "Usted esta enfermo" - "You are sick." It is also used to explain where someone is at. For example, "Ella esta en el supermercado" - "She is in the suprmarket.

***La adulta. Remember feminine, the adult is a girl

****TIENE, not "es de". You are saying that she is from forty-seven years! That doesn't make sense! You must say tiene. :)

Ok so for the first few sentences, I see some problems. Since you are a girl, you have to make sure your adjectives end in -a. Also, the third sentence has the wrong verb, it should be tengo, not soy. Otherwise, you would be saying: I am 15 years. using tengo makes it: I have 15 years.
