b would be saying the imagery and words are dramatic. does that sound right to you?

i think instead of forgetting about their health, they are forgetting who they are. Notice how in the poem, it a give and take. "Suppose some peddler offered
you can have a color TV
but your baby will be
born with a crooked spine;" if you take the color tv, there is a consequence-your child will be born with a crooked spine.
