ERP is Enterprise Resource Management SCM is Supply Chain Management CRM is Customer Relationship Management
ya. bt what are their functions?
Enterprise Resources are basically everything a business uses. Supply Chain is the end to end of raw materials to delivered goods. Customer Relationship is making sure you keep customers.
I am not sure growth is a basic competitive strategy. If you have a reference that says it is, fine. Otherwise, the competitive strategies are usually about being different, being less expensive, or covering all needs.
oh k. ya, growth is given as one.
Kk. Yah, sometimes it depends on the book they use. There is not really one list of these.
