Current is the flow of charge. Flow is meant in terms of how much charge passes through a section over an amount of time. Therefore the current is equal to 16mC divided by 4.4 seconds, for that unit of area within the wire.
Do I have to change mC to anything? @samgrace
mili coulombs, means multiplying by 10^-3. labelled increments of standard form, mili, micro, nano, etc
