I'm having a problem with looking into questions.

I could be in the math section (mainly where it occurs) or any other section. I will be ready to help someone then boom (lost connection). But most of the other sections are fine when I enter questions. It makes it hard for me to help when that happens more frequently now.

There are a few reasons this happens.

1. You could be exhausting your bandwidth too much. (i.g., downloading and playing online games). OpenStudy draws your bandwidth a bit more than other sites, and if your connection becomes too strained, OpenStudy may disconnect itself.

2. OpenStudy could have too much traffic. There have been times in the past where OpenStudy saw an influx and became laggy.

3. Sometimes the components don't work properly, and the site can lag. An example would be the chatlag.

I just don't understand how it's only some questions. Like the one about getting something for a 13 year old in this section. I can't look at it now. But any other one around it there's no problem.

Sometimes threads decide to pack up and go on vacation. You'll have to wait until they return to view them.
