This thread is specifically for @wolfe8's OpenStudy newbie guide. I'll be doing screenshots and examples on here.
Tagging: To tag users, type "@" and then the user's name. When you tag them, they will receive a notification that they've been tagged, and hopefully come to help! :)
For example: @wolfe8
This is the screenshot I'll be using if it is used in the tutorial:
I might also want to do one on the three tools at the bottom of the comment box, even though somebody already did it.
Having trouble writing an equation? Need to draw something that you can't type? Have a file you want to attach? Don't worry, these options are all available in the three blue buttons below.
This is the equation one I did.
This is for drawings.
You did a pretty good job. I like the comment and then the attachment to go with it.
Thanks. :)
Sorry guys, the attach button isn't working. When I try to attach it and then click post, the file won't upload. :(
Do you use internet explorer?
Yes, and IE sucks. But, Chrome isn't working for me so I had to use IE. :/
OK, I was wondering who still used IE today. Most people are using Chrome, or at least firefox.
YAY IT WORKED
Ok, I think I'll do one on replying, though somebody already did. lol
Keep up the work. When you get something, put it all together in a PDF or word and forward it to me. I'll give you my email. Once you do that, I'll make sure to notify Preetha.
Ok thanks comp! :)
You keep saying that somebody already did. What's with the somebody, it was me.
LOL ^
Good progress. Sorry to hear about your email getting blocked. I am authorizing you to continue posting your progress on here because of your situation. Once you have it all, I'll collect them in a document.
Thanks for using me in your example of 'comment'
Thanks comp. I know, they're kind of simplistic and some of you might call it a piece of *work*. I have seen the one on prezi: http://prezi.com/fs3hqdpcopic/an-unofficial-guide-to-openstudy/ And I think the ones I made still don't qualify as official-guide-quality. :P And no problem Orange.

That's all I'll do for now, I did more than I expected to do :3 but if you guys have any more OS Guide Tidbits, feel free to post some more of that stuff on here :) #Projectosguide
Now, I think I'm going to go check me out some wolfe8 video guide!
Great Job! @aurorablue01
Thanks :)
Oh, and is it me, or does anybody's profile, including my own, not load?
New Guide tidbit! @Compassionate
New improved version of the 3 buttons screenshot (no messy drawings):
And, unfortunately, nobody's profile is loading, STILL, so I can't do anything about the profile tutorial and stuff, yet.
I'll do some on PMs and notifications. @wolfe8 could you just reply something random to this so I'll get a notification I can screenshot?
Sure thing. Ready? Here it comes!
Thanks :)

Update!
Another update @wolfe8 @Compassionate @orangemaster
You're good Aurora :D Be sure to make it into a pdf file! If you can't, let me know and I'll do it.
Thanks lol I put it all in a word, not necessarily in order though. Comp is working on it I think :)
Just keep up the good work aurora.
Thanks @OrangeMaster !
And, @Compassionate if you have the document, I'll edit it again and post it on here with the new pics. Also, I'll put @wolfe8's video tutorial https://www.dropbox.com/s/wkxa3nyitk0btfy/OSTutorial_Fin.mp4 in there.
Do provide the YouTube link as well.
Where is it?
Thank you.
