i have to put it in the form x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F=0

I simplified it into
(-1,2) -> -D+2E+F = -5
(4,2) -> 4D+2E+F= -20
(-3,4)-> -3D+4E+F= -25

solve with elimination

--> D -2E -F = 5
4D +2E +F = -20
----------------------------
5D +0+0 = -15

D = -3

sub back in and solve for other 2 variables
