In A, there are 6 carbons on the right and 7 on the left, WRONG! 
In B, there are the same of C, H, and O on each side. YEEEEES! 
In C, there are 28 Oxygens on the left, and 19 on the right, WRONG! 
In D, there are 7 carbons on the left, and 14 on the right, WRONG!

Soooooo what's the answerrr??? xDDD
