OpenStudy (anonymous):

eat balanced diet, don't eat junk food or sugary foods eat veggies and fruits do lots of exercise

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nor eat fatty foods

OpenStudy (anonymous):

should try change his lunch into sandwiches, and breakfast to oatmeal/cereal or eggs and ham

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now why should he do this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cause of cardiovascular disease

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea, he has an increased chance of suffering form a heart attack due to his genetics (his parents and relatives and what not) also his metabolism isnt able to sustain the constant unhbealthiness (food and no excersise) so it leads to a greater chance of diesases and problems

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can i say he's obesity cause of fat foods or no? there is no mention of his weight and height so I can't even calculate his BMI Plus he smoked before, if he quitted early it would help I'm guessing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm I need to put it in 5 point forms and then write a sentence what he can do
