Please make up a list of important definitions and formulas for later review, study and application. The IQR (nterquartile range) is IQR=Q3-Q1. And yes, it's 8. The median is sometimes referred to as Q2.

Not sure what to make of the part of your question dealing with "whiskers." The given graph already shows the whiskers very nicely. Am I msssing something?
