1a)draw the graph showing the way the temperature changes as stream condenses from a ice b)calculate the amount of water(mass) that has been frozen?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for a) i think this is the graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for b i am not sure where to start i only have is L=33.4kJ/g

OpenStudy (deoxna):

The graph is correct, though I'm guessing you may want to invert it is steam -> ice, not ice -> steam. For par b, the relevant equation here is that of latent heat: \[Q=mL\] Or the amount of heat added/removed from a substance equals its mass times its specific latent heat. Are you sure you don't have more concrete numbers to calculate Q?
