Estimate the limit by substituting smaller and smaller values of h. lim (6+h)^3 - 216 h->0 -------------- h how do you do this? are you using h=0.1, h=0.01 and h=0.001 ? :/ thank you!!

yes. those values would be fine. Substitute them and see what number the answer approaches. That is the limit.

h=0.1..... 109.81 h=0.01.... 1081.801 h=0.001......108.018001 do those look right? if so, what happens from here?

Looks to me like the answers are getting closer and closer to 108. So I would say that the limit is 108
