Different aquatic animals have different tolerance to pH changes in water they live in ..for example,a wood frog will die if the pH of water falls below 4 while a calm will die if the pH of the water falls below 6..describe how these animals can act as natural indicators for the acidity of water in lakes and rivers ??

When the clams (I am assuming you meant clams) start dying, that indicates the pH of the water is below 6.

Then once the wood frogs start dying, the pH would be below 4.
