I dunno much about either of them, but keyboards tend to have a better sound to them than organs, unless it's one of those giant pipe organs.

The B3 looks to be one of the pure organ units.  If what you are trying to learn is organ music and only organ music, that would be a better choice.  If what you want to learn is a wider range of things, a keyboard would be a better choice.
