OpenStudy (anonymous):

like 1 second before you posted

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but im thinking D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

am i right?

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

@Heatherleewilliamson that was very helpful. do you think anything can be learned from just knowing the answer is "C"? Especially when the answer is "D"? :-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol i was right!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yay thanks whpalmer

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

\[1\frac{3}{5} = 1+\frac{3}{5} = 1.6\]\[\frac{9}{5} = 1.8\]There are 10 divisions between 1 and 2 on the number line, so each one is \((2-1)/10 = 0.1\). 1.2 is 2 ticks over from 1. 1.6 is 6 ticks over from 1. 1.8 is 8 ticks over from 1. D is the one that has those marks.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Who is @csscgirl ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
