Need help with physics. In many cases the average velocity VS. Time graph does not pass through zero. Suggest reasons why. I think I know a reason by I dont know how to word it.

OpenStudy (j2lie):

The constant velocity is higher than 0.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I wrote since it is average velocity there might be greater magnitudes of values that prevent it from passing through zero?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would that be right?

OpenStudy (j2lie):

Yes, I guess I don't know.
