Bookworm is correct. I was trying to show step by step, but I ended up messing up. It is 16 5/8.

thats funny i was working it out step by step and i messed it up too in the end ?

change to improper fractions 5 1/4 * 3 1/6 21/4 * 19/6 399/24 = 16 15/24 reduces to 16 5/8
