CAN SOMEONE CHECK MY SOLUTION?
Are you not sure about the initial velocity?
i'm not sure if the horizontal initial velocity is equal to negative horizontal final velocity?
Vix = Vtx, if I am reading that right? x = ? t = ?
x means the horizontal component and it's not "t" it's "f" for final velocity
Vix = -Vfx Looks right to me.
that part i'm always confused.. the negative sign .. "Vix = -Vfx" can you explain why "Vix = NEGATIVE Vfx"?
|dw:1392088987419:dw| We see that, if we have an initial point, a midpoint, and an endpoint, then by minusing the final velocity (or distance traveled) we will end up with the left half, the initial half (I split the figure in two to demonstrate this)
|dw:1392089190330:dw| Now, if I minus the final side, all I am left with is the initial. Make since? If I minus a part of the product, I can divide them into multiplies and find out each segment
