How am I suppose to go about solving this which sides are the legs? Is the line of sight the hypotenuse? From a ship traveling along the east coast of Maine on a course of 33º, the navigator sights a lighthouse. The line of sight to the lighthouse forms a right angle with the ship’s line of travel. Find the bearing of the lighthouse. ***Bearing is the angle formed from North to the line of sight from the ship to the lighthouse.
