None of those countries are currently communist. Both Britain and Ireland never have been, only East Germany was under communist control during the partition of Germany but after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990 this was no longer the case. Only Russia, of the countries you listed, was communist (known as the USSR) from 1922 - 1991.
