Homeless children often endure many hardships; starvation, brutality, and misery are factors. 

Just figure out 3 main points of your thesis and replace my words, I've never done a report on homeless childern, hope my outline helps I suppose.

Some main points may include how many are homeless where are the most homeless and pick 3 topics that stand out and put them in 3 separate body paragraphs with an intro at the beginning and a conclusion at the end
