Question 1 is biased based on how the question is worded. They are using qualifiers like "boring" and "exciting". However, the interested of the survey (most likely) is just to know if people like documentaries vs. action movies. If you add these qualifiers, people will surely be influenced by the qualifiers and will be less likely to respond that they watch boring documentaries, simply because of the word "boring".

Question 2 is definitely biased since they are asking the question in a health club. It is very likely that people will say they like some healthy drink, or protein shake as their favourite drink. Now, of course this is assuming that the beverage company is just some "regular" company that is producing all kinds of different drinks, not just health drinks. So, obviously they are taking a non-representative sample of the population.
