I'll take a guess with (C) Evaluation. When you evaluate something, you're taking many factors into account to stack it against everything else to see where it stands, so that makes the most sense to me. Analyzing something breaks it down so you can get a better understanding of it -- it can actually help evaluate a subject. Comprehension is trying to understand a subject, and synthesis is taking what you've learned or know and then extending it to other arguments...at least that's how I understand it? Hope this helps.
