CAn some one please explain how to do this question; If f(x)=tan5x-sin2x, find f(pi/6)

OpenStudy (mertsj):

replace each x with pi/6

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Then refer to your unit circle to find the value of tan(5pi/6) and sin(pi/3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the unit circle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the question didn't give a unit circle

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Ok. then draw an angle of 5pi/6, find the reference angle and find the tangent P.S. Most problems that use the unit circle don't give one. You are supposed to have one yourself.
