In how many ways can 4 officers (president, vp, Secretary, treasurer) be selectes from among 20 people? I got the permutation 20P4 = 116280 ways. The answer my professor gave is 19380 ways. What did i do wrong? This is for exam review.

in this case you should use combination, because it's a group selected, the order doesn't matter
