OpenStudy (anonymous):

How did you get x<-3 ? i got x>-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just pick me for best response and go with the answer i gave you :) the steps i showed you is the way you want to do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its x<-3 and x>5 ...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because the sign reverses when dealing with negatives as you said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i already got the medal bros

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks guys, anyway this pelletty Webassign website, is saying that the result is wrong, must be a glimpse or something...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I actually have to graph the solutions, on a number line, it says it's wrong...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, I did that, x<-3 as well as x>5, but it didn't work...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

shade area to left of -3 with an open circle on -3 shade area to the right of 5 with an open circle on 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@security4286 not anymore :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

look... just go to hurr-durr.com It's the best way to understand these types of problems.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I perfectly understand these problems, I graduated from scientific section of french high school, but now i'm in college in the us, and notations are really different, even for small stuff!! :p

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

math does not change as much as you move from different parts of the world, maybe just slightly but those are just mainly the variables

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah... hurr-durr.com is where it's at. I always go to the websight when i forget how to do a problem.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, just got to adapt myself! :p
