What are the coordinates of the midpoint of the segment joining A(2, –3, 1) and Z(–6, 3, 1)?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

what do you not understand?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

I have shown you twice how to do this, but I cant just keep giving you answers, so ill type it one more time. the distance between \(P(x_1,x_2,x_3) \text{ and } Q(y_1,y_2,y_3)\) is given by \[D=\sqrt{(x_1-y_1)^2+(x_2-y_2)^2+(x_3-y_3)^2}\]

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

please ask a question, when you don't understand something. It does not help you for me to do it for you. I have passed this class already:)

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):
