All the angles are congruent.. so the Angle-Angle theorem Here would be the proof: Angle H = Angle K (given values + alternate interior angles) Angle M = Angle M vertical angle theorem Angle G = Angle J , because H + M = K + M, H = K , then H + G = H + J, so those angles are also congruent.

Just to make sure you know what congruent is, here is the definition: If one shape can become another using Turns, Flips and/or Slides, then the shapes are Congruent.
